KS1 Media is a 1" media that is about 20-25% efficient. It has an ASHRAE 52.2 Std. rating of MERV 5. This type of media is good for applications that require substantial filtration with minimal air flow restriction. Industrial Workplaces/ Commercial/ Moderate Residential/ Paint Booth/ Finishing. Such applications include home furnaces, retail stores, office buildings, and commercial outlets.
