KS.5 Media is a ½" media that is about 15-20% efficient. It has an ASHRAE 52.2 Std. rating of MERV 3. This type of media is good for applications that require moderate filtration with minimal air flow restriction. Residential/ Minimum Light/ Commercial Minimum/ Equipment protection. Such applications include machine filters, refrigerant fan coils, and air return pre filters.
