Kathy was hired on to the Commercial Filter Service, Inc. team in September of 2005.  Her responsibilities as the Customer Service representative include, customer service, printing route invoices, collections, packet check in, supply orders, and many more.

Prior to joining CFSI, Kathy spent 17 years in the banking industry and worked for CHASE Bank as a proof operations supervisor.  There, she was responsible for balancing customer deposits, encoding, and implementing procedures necessary to meet daily banking deadlines.  Kathy also worked as the office supervisor for Owens Foods, Inc. 

She has a B.A. in Spanish and Secondary Education with a Minor in French Studies from Indiana University.  She is also working on obtaining her real estate license.  With her foreign language background, Kathy has had the chance to work and study in many different parts of Europe.   Kathy enjoys meeting new people, and is having a great time as the customer service representative for Commercial Filter Service, Inc.
