Sharon Wearley is a Michigan native and came to work for Commercial Filter Service, Inc. in February of 1997 upon meeting her second husband Bob Wearley.  Along with serving as the vice president, Sharon acts as the director of Human Resources for all company employees.  She is responsible for handling all new applicants in the preliminary interview process, as well as managing insurance, benefits, and healthcare for all employees.

Prior to joining the CFSI staff, Sharon was a Marriot hotel and restaurant manager, for 5 years.   She was involved in purchasing, inventory control, and displays, as well as employee relations.  Sharon also owned and managed a restaurant of her own in Northern Indiana called The Guide, which featured live entertainment every night and a wide spectrum of menu items from pizza to lobster. In addition to being the owner, Sharon was responsible for coordinating the initial remodeling of the restaurant and also was active in ordering, guest services, payroll, and bookkeeping.

Sharon feels fortunate to be part of this growing company, and truly enjoys developing creative ways to reward and commend everyone on the CFSI staff in an individualized way.
